Drama is important performance as a cultural activity in Indian society. Drama depicts the changes in social, political or cultural scenario. The study of drama would enable us to reconstruct our history and understand the society to which we belong. India has the richest tradition in drama. Indians having different king of ideologies and heritage of Dramas. It depicts the situations which are intimately related to the good people and bad people. They also give courage, amusement, happiness and advice the people who are in need of them. The contribution of Indian drama in English literature is significant. Indian play wrights gained strength, popularity and interest. Some of the great dramatists like: Rabindranath Tagore, Shri Aurbindo, Bharathi Sarabhai tried their best to overcome these difficulties and started up a new trend in the genre. Their efforts of keeping pace with the poetry and fiction had not been given enough weight-age to the acceptability of their plays. Indian English drama represents the development and the changes in the society according to the time. I have totally dedicated my life to art and culture of India. My whole life is a journey for arts and culture. I had written even dialogues and lyrics for Amiya Patnaiks’s Bengali Film “Khola Chokh” which is dubbed version of Odiya Film “Chaka Akhi Sabu Dekhuchi.” The Bengali version was dubbed with cent percent success without a single reshoot under his guidance. He had written Screenplay and dilouge of Superhit Odiya Film “Panjuri Bhitare Sari” which was a remake of Bengali Film “Chhota Bou” written and directed by Anjan Choudhari. Famous Bengali Serial “Mayar Sansar” had been scripted and written by him in Odiya which was produced by Doordarshan, Bhubaneswar with the same title.
