An essence of any play is its plot and storyline. How the story is written, the depth of dialogues, and how it connects with the audience makes a Scriptwriter’s job so challenging. Without a good script, no one can win the heart of the audience. A Stage Manager upholds and arranges each of the various groups associated with the day-to-day operations in theater creation, from practices to exhibitions and even post-show events. They liaise and coordinate with the artists and other crew members working on the same project to put together a well-synchronized show and guarantee a smooth running of the theatrics. One of my theater show in a city of Odisha we had accomplished the love from local peoples staging this drama “Shesh Bichar.”
